Prices and conditions

Tourist tax of 3,00 € per person and day is not included in the price. Children under 14 years pay no tourist tax.

REDUCTIONS
A discount of 70%  applies to children up to 3 years of age.
A discount of 50 % applies to children from 3 to 6 years.
A discount of 30 % applies to children from 6 to 14 years.
10 % discount per extra adult bed in a room. Single room supplement of 25% applies.
Supplement per dog per day: €12,00.-

Prices indicated are per day and per person and are based on a minimum stay of 3 days - they are inclusive of all taxes. In the prices are included: breakfast buffet, menu of your choice and tyrolean dinner once a week.
As guarantee for reservations we require a deposit in the amount of 20%-30%. Regarding booking, we inform you that the dates specified are intended as date of arrival (rooms are available after 3 p.m.) and as date of departure (rooms at your disposal up until 10 a.m.). We would like to be informed if your arrival will be after 6 p.m.

2 week before date of arrival: 50% of the total charge
1 day before date of arrival or early departure : 90% of the total charge
